Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is Christ-centered care?

Christ-centered care focuses on cleansing the body while also addressing the heart and mind. I believe that healing happens best when we invite God into the process—using natural tools He created and caring for our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 6:19-20).

Is this faith-based program only for Christians?

While my approach is rooted in Scripture and prayer, individuals from all walks of life are welcome. There’s no pressure—just compassion and support.

What types of holistic care options do you provide?

I work primarily with clients diagnosed with cancer who are receiving traditional treatment and also those dealing with hidden burdens like heavy metals (lead, mercury), yeast overgrowth (like candida), and parasites. We discuss the use of gentle, natural strategies to help your body release what it no longer needs and become stronger.

Do I need lab testing to get started?

Nope! We start with a virtual, simple intake process and symptom review together. Some clients choose to add advanced testing later, but many see great progress using natural detox tools and tracking improvements over time.

Is this program safe if I’m on medication or have a chronic condition?

Each protocol is personalized, and I always recommend you talk with your healthcare provider before starting any new regimen. I work to support—not override—your body’s healing, and we go at a pace that feels safe for you.

How long does it take to feel results?

Every body is different. Some clients feel lighter and more energized within a couple weeks; others take longer depending on their toxic load and how long they’ve had symptoms. The key is consistency and grace.
