Initial Appointment (virtual office visit)

This 90-minute session is designed to meet you where you are — offering a full-body, whole-life approach to wellness. During this one on one appointment, we’ll dive deep into your health history, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals to uncover the root causes behind what you’re experiencing. You will have actionable changes and a personalized meal plan at the end of your appointment. A virtual meeting link will be sent via email.
This is a deep dive into where you are now — for those in any season of health or life, including cancer care. We’ll look at your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals to identify root causes and growth pathways. I also tailor recommendations with sensitivity to the needs of cancer patients / caregivers (detox support, nutritional strategies, stress resilience). You’ll leave with clear next steps and a calm, compassionate partner in your journey.
Follow up sessions are $350 for 60 min virtual meetings.

This package includes nutrigenomic testing and a total of 6 sessions:

Nutrigenomics Testing & Results Disclosure (virtual office visit)
$499
Nutrigenomics testing is based on proven science and ensures your metabolic pathways, diet & lifestyle, and targeted supplements are exactly what your body needs! This includes the oral swab testing and a 30 min results disclosure.
A kit will be mailed directly to your home which takes 4-6 weeks to result. Upon result, we will schedule a 30 min appt to review your specific results.
A 10% discount will be given for future appointments after this testing, if you choose to continue your wellness journey with me.
